Rainforest Way

Walking through the Babinda rainforest, I stopped and looked straight up through a frame of palm fronds to a towering tree at the centre, its trunk wrapped in ferns and climbing plants. The light filtering through the canopy had a quality you only get in places like this — layered in green tones, and teeming with wildlife. This is a canvas for anyone who has ever stood in a rainforest and felt small in the best possible way.
