Strand Postcard

There's a reason people move to Townsville and never leave, and The Strand is a big part of it — that combination of palm trees, clean sand, postcard-blue water, and the mountains of Magnetic Island sitting just across the channel. Since photographing this stretch of waterfront, the image has always been a favourite.
